Return/Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

We do NOT offer refunds on ANY order. NO EXCEPTIONS! We offer store credit or exchange only.

Items must be returned 14 days after the date of delivery. If items are after the 14 day mark, a 10% restock fee will apply. If items are returned after 30 days, a 20% restock fee will apply. 

We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, or contain foreign items (dog hair, smell of smoke, etc.)  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 24 hours of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your Teal West boutique account, that is available for future purchases.

Gift-Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping: If you need to return or exchange an item, please include a piece of paper with the following: Your name, your order #, and if you would like store credit or an exchange.

Sale items are FINAL sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
